Hairspray Hair pieces !!

Hey Ladies ..

Tonight blog is all about the 2 Hair peices iv recently bought from Hairspray Ireland !

Being blessed with natural short curly hair like in the picture below 

My Moto when It comes to hair is fake it to you make it !! 

Until the day my own hair decides to grow long thick and beautiful (never Gna happen lol!! ) 

Hair extensions and hair peices are my best friend! 

Iv been wearing all types of extensions & have tired nearly everthing on the market as last couple of years !

Iv recently discoverd Hairpray Ireland and have come across these 2 hair peices which I absolutely adore for wearing on nights out and special occasions when I want to switch up my look!

1. The Bardo €30

The bardo Hair Peice is a 22" clip in hair extension made with synthetic hair ! 

The hair peice comes in a variety of colours ranging from light blond to black ! 

There is over 20 colours avaibile in the bardo and they are very versatile ! 

I wear the colour

 " light gold blond" but would advise to anyone who buys this colour that it is actully very ashy in colour as are a lot of the hair peices from hairspray Ireland so matching blonds has been proven quite difficult ! 

To apply You section your hair off , The peice has 6 clips (showen below ) which are placed into your own hair against the scalp and securely closed to avoid any unwanted mishaps !! 

You then place the top layer of your hair over the the hair peice to cover any evidence !! 

Quick and easy and you have lush hair that is long in lenght and full of volume !! 

2. The Electra €50

The Electra hair peice is the latest edition to Hairspray Ireland ! 

It is very similar to the easilocks hair peice I reviewed a couple of months ago on my page

I really like this peice !! 

It's so quick and simple to apply to look absolutely amazing when it's done right . 

Again there are 20+ colours 

I wear the colour 21T which again is a very ashy colour ! 

( Hairspray is a quite difficult company for blonds to match up there hair so please be very vary if this when purchasing hair from them ,all other colours are fairly straight forward ) 

This comes in the "Half wig style"

Similar to the picture below

 

The apply the hair peice you first back comb the crown area of your head and place the comb into the back combed hair , you then place the 2nd comb in the nape of your neck! 

To cover the band of the head peice you then back comb a section of you own hair across the top to cover any visible signs if the hair peice ! 

You have bouncy beautiful hair in a matter of minutes!! 

To maintain the hair I recommend buying a soft brush and occasionaly when needed softly brush out any product residue or knots ! 

As much as I LOVE  these 2 hair peices there are some negitives about the products, 

The Electra can be very heavy in your own hair when woren for long periods of time , because of this I don't recommend you wear it for any more than 8hrs at a time . 

Also please please bare in mind these are made from synthetic hair NOT human hair ! 

This means no heat , colour or anything can be applied to the hair ! 

also bare in mind these are temporary solutions to your hair problems are are not intended for permanent or long term use.

Depending on how much you wear your head peice realistically I would say if you should get 3-6months out of your hair depending on how well you look after it ! :)

Budget makeup review ! 💜

Hey ladies , 

So I posted a pic yesterday of the budget buys I got from differnt makeup brands in our everyday shops ! 

Today I have done my makeup using the products and my thoughts on them are as follows ..

Seventeen smoulder gel eyeliner €7 (Boots)

8/10 

I love this eyeliner ! It's a good colour , stays well , easy to apply & is a great sized product for the price. 

The only thing that let's it down is I think the formula is a tiny bit thick but other that that totally a thumbs up for this product 😊

Seventeen instant glow brick €7

7/10 (Boots) 

Again very impressed with this shimmer pallet from seventeen , this is a great multi purpose products with dual use of either a powder highlight or a eyeshadow !

The only let down to this products is that it is very shimmery and would of been perfect if it was just a tiny bit more matte ! But other than that I love it !  

Wet n wild lipstick in cherrybomb

I was so excited about this lipstick as I adored the colour & have been left so disappointed !! 

I really did not like this lipstick at all . The formula is horrible , thick stiff & very drying to your lips . The colour did not stay well at all nd left my lips looking flakey and ugly ! Defo Will not buy one again .

Revlon colour stay liquid foundation in natural tan €18(Boots) 

I was very uneasy about buying this foundation as I always use  my 2 baby's ( MAC studio fix fluid/ sculpt cosmetics liquid foundation) but have been pleasantly surprised !! 

I really like it , I think it's a great full coverage foundation that worked very well on my skin (combination skin ). The foundation really lasted all day and did not budge when set with a good powder . 

Downsides to this product was 

I found the natural tan colour abit to warm which I didn't like & the formula is very thick in consistency & drys quickly which means you have to work very quick when applying to get an even coverage. 

All in all I would defo recommend this foundation & will buy again just maybe in a differnt shade !

Winter boots ! 💜

So it's that time of year again .. Winter boots !! 

I love boots & I but new ones every year ! 

A good pair of boots will carry me threw all the winter months & I just love them.

This year I have bought a zanni & Co pair from The master Shoe in Ballybofey. 

At €69:99 there a great price and a great buy ! 

I decided on the tan colour to go with most outfits as it's very versatile. 

And choose a small wedge heel for every day comfort . 

Also the elastic in the boot makes them more stretchy for ladies with wider calves like myself !! Lol  

I'm also IN LOVE with these black leather knee high boots from river island ! 

I just love the embellished bit around the bottom & they also look super comfy ! But with a price tag of €180 I just don't think I would personally get much wear out of a black boot as I prefare browns or greys ! 

Another pair that I am going to buy are there's burgundy colour "worker boots" that are bang on trend & I just love the colour for this time of year ! 

And of your feeling a little adventurous how CUTE are this little white ankle boots from new look ??

Christmas is coming !! Makeup ❤️

Hey ladies ! 

So with the Christmas season around the corner we can expect to see lots of sparkle glitter & red lips with our makeups & I'm super excited 😁! 

It's the 1 time of year where we can go all out & full on glam with out dark smokey

 eyes & bold lips ! 

Smokey ,Gold & red are the perfect match for this time of year ..

To start of my blog I'm going to give you about of background info about myself & what I hope to get out of it ! 

So as you already know my names karen hence it's Kareny ! Lol

I am a plus sized /curvy woman and am very passionate about it , I believe that anything skinny girls can do , Cuvier girls do it better ;) . 

The aim of my blog is to reach out to young woman of all shapes & sizes to join me in believing in ourselves & to start embracing our bodies because everyone one of  us are beautiful in our own special way !
